Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message. Our server may also record normal technical logs, including an IP address, browser information and request time, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to review your request, contact you, prepare for a possible project discussion, and protect the website from abuse. We do not use the website enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support our website, email or IT systems, or disclosed when required by law. We retain enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, dispute handling and legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website release does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Standard server logs may still be created by the hosting system.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive credentials through the enquiry form.
